Biscuits with Mammy

Saturday we were packing up to head home, so we had to squeeze in some time to make some biscuits with Mammy.
Everyone has grown so much that they had to move out of the kitchen and into the dining room to make the biscuits.
Each granddaughter took a turn measuring ingredients...
under Mammy's watchful eye!
Soon it was time to knead the dough.

Bekah wasted no time eating a little!

Family Photos

After celebrating Christgiving, we gathered around for a few family photos.
Alicia graciously agreed to take a photo of the entire family.

And then I took a couple of her and Eric.

Then we took a couple of Eric and Alicia and the kiddos.

Christopher was just loving the sign with his name on it!

And then I was able to grab a couple of Mammy & Pappy too!

Great photo ops!!

Christgiving - the Christopher Christmas Celebration

On Friday after Thanksgiving, we all settled in to open some Christmas presents.
Our combination of Christmas and Thanksgiving
is something we like to call Christgiving.

Everyone opened their presents at once, so I was darting all over the place taking photos.
Here are Eric, Amber, and Hope opening their presents.
Books and sheets for Eric, jewelry box for Hope.
Scrapbook/supplies for Amber, Monster High Barbies for Hope.
Flat iron for Amber and make-up kit for Hope.
And a Monster High Barbie for Amber.

Here are Rebekah and Lydia opening their presents.
A book by a favorite author for Bekah and a Barbie Fashion Fairytale for Lydia.

New shirt for Bekah and new book for Lydia

New boots for Bekah and more new books for Lydia (plus Bear's tail...sorry!).

Bekah's new LIV doll and Lydia's Barbie

Here are Christopher and Alicia opening their gifts.
Transformers for Christopher and a handmade necklace (from Rebekah) for Alicia and silver bracelet for Alicia too!

Transformers and Legos

Mom and Dad opening their gifts:
A journal for dad and a Food Saver for both of them.

Chocolates for Mom.

And some pretty vases.

Of course there were lots more gifts flying around, but these are the ones I caught on camera!  Haha!

Happy Christgiving!
