Here's a family pic we took recently in the back yard. Just wanted an updated one, so we went for it.

Imaginate
Yesterday, Lydia kept talking about what she sees when she imagines things.
And she kept saying:
When I imaginate...
When I imaginate...
It was so cute.

Oh Man!

Saturday, Rebekah bought Captain Underpants and the Adventures of Super Diaper Baby from a yard sale. She became totally engrossed in it.
Sunday morning, we wake up to hear, "Oh MAN!"
Rebekah had dropped her book in the toilet!
But the irony of dropping a book called Captain Underpants and the Adventures of Super Diaper Baby in the toilet is completely lost on a seven year old!!
Ha ha ha!

Lydia's water day
Lydia's Water Day was yesterday
(her last day of school).
David went and took about 200 pictures! She had a complete blast. They had a
big inflatable slide, a slip and slide, kiddie pools,
bubbles,
shaving cream and
water blasters.

shaving cream and
water blasters. But look at that water! Gross!
The kids would get covered in shaving cream, or dirt and they would go to wash off in the kiddie pool.

And Bekah was having recess in the playground right next to where Lydia's water day was, so David snapped a quick pic of her as well!Wednesday, May 21, 2008
A little exaggeration...
Rebekah has allergies.
And her nose has been running.
So last night she says,
"Mommy, my nose has been running since - like - kindergarten!"

Did this layout a couple of weeks ago. It's a lift from KelliCrowe. But I like - no I LOVE how it turned out.

Passports
The girls got their passports.
Here are their pictures. David took them to get them.
They wouldn’t let them wear their headbands.
Or smile.
David was so worried I’d be upset. I couldn’t understand why he thought that. Then he said, “You gave me one job to do – to get their pictures made. And then I come back with these pictures. They look like mug shots!”
Hilarious.

Dress Rehearsal
The girls had their dance dress rehearsal last night and they were just adorable.
Lydia kept jumping up and down and waving saying “Hey Mommy!”
And Bekah was such a serious little ballerina!
Here are a few
pictures from their practice, as well as a couple of group photos that I took for the moms.

Read about these signs online
This first one is a prank. Some guy has been hanging up signs around town that he made himself. He's making some people laugh and some people mad."Inhabitants of Oak Lawn, Ill. apparently have a hard time understanding the meaning of the large red octagons posted on street corners through the city. So in an effort to get people to actually stop, the city installed smaller signs below their larger, legal counterparts to get motorists attention while providing them a half-hearted chuckle. "

Here are a few layouts. They just happen to all be of Lydia.
I just love this little dress. Just had to put it in the attic. She's gotten too big for it. =(

Abbie's birthday party
When we got there, there were kids everywhere having a blast. They had two ponies for pony rides and a bounce house, as well as their regular jungle gym they have in their backyard.
All of the kids were so excited about the ponies. The girls had an absolute blast.
